Registration Fees
Free of charge (FOC) to all attendees.
But please read carefully the following things including the registration deadlines and the important things to the presenters below.
Deadline: February 28, 2021
Submission of oral/poster abstracts
All presenters must register their names at the registration for their presentations for either oral or poster presentation, and then upload/send their abstracts via official email to TREPSEA Committee.
The notification of the acceptance of oral/poster abstracts will be sent from mid-April 2021.
The delay of the notification of the acceptance of oral/poster abstracts happened due to the number of abstracts that we received during the accepting periods exceeded than we expected. Therefore, we do apologize for this and we will send notifications to each and everyone from mid-April 2021.
Deadline: May 30, 2021
Submission of full papers (for Oral/ Poster presentations)
Presenters can decide whether they want to submit their full papers or not.
Deadline: August 10, 2021
Submission of the video presentations
The presenters need to upload their video presentation files using Dropbox. We will update the detailed information of uploading files later.
Deadline: August 10, 2021
Submission of the PDF of the Poster (only for Poster presentations)
The presenters need to upload the PDF files using Dropbox. We will update the detailed information of uploading files later.
Deadline: August 15, 2021
Registration as participants (without presentations)
Anyone who wants to participate in TREPSEA 2021 conference may make their registration until August 15, 2021.
