Essentials of TREPSEA 2021

Important!!! Please read carefully.

The 4th International Conference of TREPSEA2021 will be held completely online.

There will be an on-demand stream available for all Oral Presentations (1) and there will be a live session for the Main Program (2) and Poster Presentations (3).

(1) Oral presentations

All of the Oral Presentations are available as on-demand streaming videos from September 10th to the 18th. Only those who registered (either as a presenter or attendee) during the registration period through the TREPSEA homepage are given access to see the presentation videos.  ID/Password of the login page had been issued and sent to all participants. Therefore, please check your e-mail for it.

Note: The programs including Opening Ceremony, Keynote Sessions, Plenary Sessions, Workshops, and the Q&A Sessions for the Oral Presentations will be held as “Live Streaming” on Zoom. Please make sure that you have the latest Zoom application installed onto your computer for the best experience!

(2) Poster presentations

A browser-based online meeting tool called SpatialChat will be used for the Poster Presentations. We will be informing you at a later date on how to participate.

Please check the following tentative schedule. If you will be presenting, please check the instructions for the oral and poster presentations below that as well.

SpatialChat

“SpatialChat” will be available from September 16 to 18. We encourage you to join “SpatialChat” in order to get the online conference experience especially one-to-one or group discussions, sharing expertise and experiences, exchanging information, Q and A, etc. with presenters, participants, and panelists.

  • The ID/Password for the on-demand streaming site will be issued.
  • The tentative versions of the Day 1, 2, and 3 Programs details will be released.
August 13th
  • Deadline for uploading your Oral/Poster Presentation file.
August 15th
  • Participant register deadline.
Early September
  • The final versions of the program details will be released.

  • Oral Presentations are available now.
September

16th～18th
  • Online Conference Period
  • *The conference will be held in Jakarta time, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
