Information in regard to how the TREPSEA2021 Conference will be held.

Important!!! Please read carefully.

The 4th International Conference of TREPSEA2021 will be held completely online. There will be an on-demand stream available for all Oral Presentations (1) and there will be a live session for the Main Program (2) and Poster Presentations (3).

(1) Oral presentations

All of the Oral Presentations will be available on an on-demand streaming site before the actual Conference from September 10th to the 18th. Only those who have registered through the TREPSEA homepage (https://trepsea.org/registration/) will be given access. An ID/Password unique to the site will be issued so please check your e-mail for it.

(2) Main program

The Main Programs (Opening Ceremony, Keynote Sessions, Plenary Sessions, Workshops, and the Q&A Sessions for the Oral Presentations) will be held live. An online meeting tool called Zoom will be utilized for these programs. Please make sure that you have the latest Zoom application installed onto your computer for the best experience!

(3) Poster presentations

A browser-based online meeting tool called SpatialChat will be used for the Poster Presentations. We will be informing you on a later date on how to participate.

Information for Oral/Poster Presentation Speakers

Important!!! Please read carefully.

Instructions for Oral Presenters

All of the oral presenters will be required to record their video presentation by themselves and upload the video through the conference website. Videos should contain a prominent view of the presentation slides, along with audio of the spoken presentation. If you are able to include your face footage as well, please feel free to do so. Please keep your presentation under 10 minutes.

Instructions for Poster presenters

Poster format should be strictly followed as below:

  • One-page portrait A0 size (841x1189mm)
  • For heading, please place your Serial Number on the top left, and Presentation Title.
  • Immediately below the Presentation Title, include the name(s) of the author(s), Affiliation.
  • Please use Times New Roman and keep the font size above 12.
  • Please save your poster in PDF format.
